DI-NOC Architectural Surface Finishes
Di-Noc Architectural Finishes are a range of special effect self-adhesive vinyl films offering a variety of finishes resembling natural materials, including wood grain, stone, brushed metals and carbon fibre effects. The vinyl films offer a decorative finish for refurbishment or new construction.
The vinyl films are abrasive resistant and suited for high traffic areas.
VHB Structural Glazing Tape B23F
VHB Structural Glazing Tapes are fully cured, durable, high-performance double-sided pressure-sensitive acrylic foam tapes that are used for attaching glass panels to metal frames in curtain wall systems, commercial windows and doors, skylight and canopy systems replacing commonly used mechanical fasteners, gaskets or structural silicone sealants.
For dynamic tensile or shear loads, a design strength of 12 psi is used. This design strength guideline provides a safety factor of >5 and was established based on material property testing, as well as ASTM dynamic load testing for curtain wall applications.
For static tensile or shear loads, a design strength of 0.25 psi is used. Dead load support is required for glass panel bonding in most structural glazing applications.
Adhesives are used for flooring bonding as opposed to screws or bolts to prevent moisture and offer long-term resistence.
