Executive Predictions

The United States’ largest, most costly and complex public transportation development projects in history, in New York, New Jersey and elsewhere are now under way, commanding enormous capital and risk management resources.

Spartan Solutions, LLC was created by a small group of transportation and infrastructure construction professionals in 2009 in order to provide cost-effective and most-efficient solutions to public and private owners and investors undertaking these projects.

Private investors and the development community are eyeing the transportation sector as a long-term investment vehicle — but putting together successful public-private partnership deals requires considerable expertise. Public sector capital projects typically experience cost overruns and schedule delays due to miriad of reasons.

The regulatory climate is on the cusp of enormous changes, with the advent of new surface transportation authorizing legislation that may alter the course of federal funding for essential projects. Economic recovery warrants quick solutions to problems and a commitment to make that happen.

For the next few years, funding shortfalls around the country will challenge the transit and infrastructure industry to do more with less. Creative and innovative ways will be needed to meet these challenges and help cities and regions effectively commit federal stimulus funds before deadlines expire.

The Spartan Solutions founders possess the proven expertise to efficiently and effectively resolve complex problems inherent in these types of projects, and can provide alternative solutions to public and private owners without having to resort to long and time-consuming studies, reports and research.

We believe that client satisfaction is more important than the bottom line. Each member of Spartan Solutions enjoys a great industry reputation and we believe that together our strength is ten-fold like an army of generals ready to serve the needs of our clients.
