Lyft is working with Metrolinx to be the official rideshare partner of the Exhibition, Oakville, Unionville and Bramalea GO Ttransit stations. This ties in with Lyft’s commitment to increase transit access in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton area (GTHA).
“Lyft is passionate about transportation equity and reducing the need for single-occupancy personal vehicles,” said Aaron Zifkin, managing director for Lyft in Canada. “We are proud to partner with Metrolinx in a first-last mile solution to help riders get to and from GO stations, making it even easier to travel in the GTHA without a car.”
Riders can drop a pin in one of the designated pickup/drop off zones at the GO Transit partner stations to get a ride in minutes.
