RATP Dev USA has been awarded an operations contract with the city of Raleigh, N.C., and Wake County Access. The contract will cover fixed route and paratransit services, with a service start date of April 23 for fixed route and July 1 for city and county paratransit.
The contract term will be for five years, with the potential for up to four option years. The contract will involve the operation of 185 vehicles and the management of 450 employees between the two sites.

The operations for GoRaleigh and GoWake Access will mark the fifth and sixth locations that RATP Dev USA manages or operates in North Carolina.
