It's been four months since the Eau Claire City Council hiked transit fares.
On Nov. 14, 2017, the city council voted to hike the fares from $1.50 to $1.75, a change that hadn't been made in nine years.
On Monday night, Eau Claire City Manager, Dale Peters is set to introduce a newly developed plan to address the affordability problem.
Part of the plan developed a team made up of local stakeholders which met to define "low-income."
