The city of Tupelo unveiled its new transit system during a ribbon cutting in front of City Hall.
The city offered a first look at the new buses for the public transportation system that debuts in September.
There will be four buses and three vans available to the public.
In June, the city council approved spending about $209,000 on public transportation by a narrow 4-3 vote.
