IndyGo announced two internal promotions. Phalease Crichlow has accepted the position of vice president of human resources and Bryan Luellen has assumed the role of director of marketing and customer information.
"Crichlow and Luellen are integral members of the IndyGo team,” said Mike Terry, IndyGo president and CEO. “In their new capacities they will be able to enhance the IndyGo transit experience, delivering reliable customer information and attracting customer service-focused professional coach operators to the team.”
In her new role as a member of the corporation’s executive team, Crichlow will oversee the human resources division which encompasses recruitment, professional development, benefits and employee relations. Crichlow has been an IndyGo employee since 2011 and most recently served as the interim vice president of human resources. Prior to that, she was the director of employee services and manager of employee benefits. Crichlow holds a masters degree in human resources management from Roosevelt University.
Luellen has risen to the director level after serving as the marketing manager since 2012. He joined IndyGo in 2009, starting his career in transit as business development coordinator. In his new role, he will oversee IndyGo’s Customer Service Call Center, the agency’s advertising programs and develop strategic community collaborations. Luellen holds a bachelors degree in English from IU-Indianapolis.
