In addition to recent improvements to its fixed route bus service, The Jule’s Business Shuttle is now serving more employees of downtown Dubuque businesses.
The Jule provides free shuttle service between the City’s downtown parking ramps and Port of Dubuque parking ramp and the downtown business district. The Business Shuttle also provides a free connection to these employers from all of the Jule’s bus routes via the Downtown Transfer at 6th and Iowa streets.
Businesses located on or near The Jule’s Business Shuttle route include Prudential Financial, Northeast Iowa Community College, IBM, Flexsteel Industries, McGraw-Hill Companies, Diamond Jo Casino, Grand River Center, and Cottingham & Butler. This week’s expansion of the service now offers service to and from Dubuque Bank & Trust, Heartland Financial, Prescott Elementary School, and City Hall.
The Business Shuttle operates during commuting hours with service to each employer every 15 minutes from 6:45 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. and 3:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. with more frequent service from 6:45 a.m. - 7:45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
