ABC Companies has had an exceptional year, as they continue to gain market share and introduce new product entries. Earlier this year the company debuted two new coach models from their flagship Van Hool equipment line – receiving a strong reception with orders in 2014 and 2015 eclipsing previous years’ sales.
With an eye toward tapping new markets, the firm’s diversification strategy also includes expanding its product offering to encompass a wider segment of transport operations such as private transit, high-end shuttle services, as well as tour and charter operations. A national industry leader with roots firmly entrenched in the city of Faribault; ABC employs over 75 workers at their Minnesota location. The Faribault facility, with 70,000 square feet of shop space, supports major coach rebuilds, engine and transmission repowers while its collision and body shop repairs and paints approximately 75 vehicles a year.
