Maintenance Design Group (MDG) has added three new facility designers, one in each of the firm’s Houston, Denver, and Baltimore offices.
Justin Tripp joined the firm’s Houston office. Justin holds dual associate degrees in Architectural Engineering and Pre-Fab Metal Structure Engineering and brings experience working in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. His background working in vehicle maintenance facilities and familiarity with a variety of vehicle types and shop equipment make him a valuable addition to the firm.
Matthew Lujan joined the firm’s Denver office. Matthew has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Colorado Denver and has worked as an intern for the city of Denver Public Works Department. He brings experience working in AutoCAD.
Jonathyn Reed joined the firm’s Baltimore office. Jonathyn holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Fairmont State University, West Virginia, and brings experience working in AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp. He has worked as a structural and architectural drafter with the Shockey Precast Group, and has worked several internships with the West Virginia Department of Transportation.
All three new facility designers’ responsibilities include assisting with equipment industrial design, layout, and coordination, as well as facility functional planning for transit, public works, and related vehicle maintenance facility projects in their respective regions and throughout the United States and Canada.
