David Evans and Associates Inc. and Triad Announce Merger
David Evans and Associates Inc. (DEA) has expanded its presence in the Pacific Northwest by merging with Triad. Upon closing the transaction on July 31, Triad became a division of David Evans and Associates Inc.
DEA Chairman and CEO Dr. Al Barkouli, P.E., said, “The merger with Triad will substantially increase DEA’s presence in Puget Sound and provide clear benefits to our clients, employees, and shareholders. Triad’s outstanding reputation, excellent client relationships and talented staff enable us to offer our clients an expanded and comprehensive suite of consulting services.”
Triad President Jeff Cox, ASLA, said, “When considering this opportunity, we really focused on how our two companies’ core values align, and it’s clear to me this is a great fit. There are a lot of similarities, especially when it comes to how each company values its clients and honors its employees. The merger will allow Triad’s clients to benefit from expanded services and resources – both regionally and nationally. Our project teams are looking forward to being part of a five-office, Puget Sound-area DEA team. By being part of a larger talent pool, our teams will be able to collaborate on a wider variety of projects and offer expanded services. We’ll be stronger together.”
