J2 Design Partnership welcomed Cody Lowry as its new director of strategic partnerships. In this role, he will champion all aspects of J2’s business efforts with a focus on establishing and fostering client relationships, strategic partners, and other collaborators that enrich and support the firm’s overall mission and objectives.
Lowry will seek to capitalize on this by expanding J2’s portfolio with non-profits, educational and cultural institutions, and real estate development clients, but also by exploring new opportunities and clients that align well with J2’s cultural and organizational values.
Previously, he worked in a similar role for Urban Engineers. There he oversaw the development of a nationally recognized, award-winning marketing and communications program, as well the development of new clients and alliances for the organization.
Lowry graduated from Oklahoma City University with a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies and a master’s degree in TESOL. He was a four-time member of the United States national rowing team. He serves as a board member on his neighborhood’s community development organization, the Fairmount CDC.
