TransIT’s Holiday Bus is Coming to Town on December 21st

Travel through town this holiday season on Frederick County TransIT’s holiday bus beginning on Friday, December 21st. The Holiday Bus will be in service until December 31st and will provide free rides to passengers who board. Throughout the 11-day service period, the bus will be on a randomly selected route each service day. The bus will include lights, festive décor and holiday music to transport local residents and tourists throughout Frederick City and County.
TransIT’s Connector service provides access to a variety of medical, employment and shopping center locations including but not limited to Francis Scott Key Mall, Westview Promenade, Clemson Corner, and downtown Frederick. Connector service operates Monday-Saturday from 5:30am-9:45pm.
Riders can plan their holiday shopping trip with Google Maps, purchase their bus fare with TransIT’s mobile ticketing app, Token Transit, and locate their bus in real time with the RouteShout 2.0 app or by texting their unique stop ID number to 25252.
