Fort Worth Transportation Authority (Trinity Metro) signed a new contract with Adsposure that makes Adsposure the exclusive partner for transit advertising in the Fort Worth, Texas, area.
“We are happy to provide an opportunity for local businesses to promote their services,” said Wayne Gensler, vice president of bus and paratransit, Trinity Metro. “Transit advertising is a great way to reach a large audience because our services cover hundreds of miles.”
Adsposure will secure advertising for Trinity Metro assets such as buses and benches within the Trinity Metro service area. The five-year contract guarantees over $2.6 million in advertising revenue for Trinity Metro in the first five years; extension of the contract for an additional five years could net Trinity Metro an additional $3.1 million in revenue, according to Adsposure.
“Trinity Metro was looking for an advertising partner who could innovate, expand and explore strategies to take transit advertising to the next level,” said Ken Black, CEO of Adsposure. “As the only company that focuses solely on transit advertising, we will leverage our expertise in developing creative and compelling transit ads, as well as our extensive list of advertising partners, to improve and expand transit advertising in Fort Worth.”
This contract is the second contract for Adsposure in the state of Texas and represents the eighth transit authority to join the company’s book of transit advertising business.
