Arthur Lomenick Joins Parsons Brinckerhoff

In his new position, Lomenick will be responsible for overseeing efforts to bring together capabilities from throughout Parsons Brinckerhoff on large-scale, mixed-use urban development projects for both private developers and the public sector.

Arthur Lomenick has been named Sustainable Development Practice leader in the PlaceMaking group of Parsons Brinckerhoff, a global infrastructure, strategic consulting, engineering and program/construction management organization. In his new position, Lomenick will be responsible for overseeing efforts to bring together capabilities from throughout Parsons Brinckerhoff on large-scale, mixed-use urban development projects for both private developers and the public sector.

Lomenick is a nationally known expert in the field of urban development. He has a 25-year mixed-use development and advisory career history and has been instrumental in enhancing and rebuilding neighborhoods in cities throughout the United States, as well as transit oriented development (TOD) initiatives. He comes to Parsons Brinckerhoff from Trammell Crow Company, where he served as a managing director and founder of High Street Residential, a wholly owned subsidiary of Trammell Crow Company. He also has held senior management positions with the Staubach Company and served as senior development officer for Columbus Realty Trust & Post Property.

Lomenick is a member of The Reconnecting America – Center for Transit Oriented Development Board of Directors and a member of the U.S. Green Building Council LEED Location & Planning Technical Advisory Group. He has served on the Urban Land Institute's Transit Oriented Development Council and is a past board member of the Congress for the New Urbanism and the Visiting Nurses Association. He has been a guest lecturer at Harvard University, the University of Texas, and the University of Michigan. He received a BBA degree from Southern Methodist University.
