Yanmar America Corporation Joins Diesel Technology Forum
The Company that developed the world's first commercially viable small diesel engine more than 75 years ago – Yanmar Co. Ltd. - is the newest member of the Diesel Technology Forum (DTF).
DTF is a non-profit organization that promotes the use of the most modern clean diesel technologies in the United States.
Yanmar, which is celebrating its 100th year anniversary this year, manufactures diesel engines for industrial, generator and pump as well as marine applications. Yanmar also manufactures its own construction equipment and utility tractors serving the agriculture and construction- related markets.

"Yanmar has a strong tradition and history in the diesel industry and develops some of the world's most energy efficient and economic engines.
