Berger Group Holdings, Inc. Acquires APIA XXI to Spearhead International Design Center of Excellence
Berger Group Holdings, Inc. has added a design center of excellence for its international operations with the acquisition of APIA XXI, based in Santander, Spain.
“The acquisition of the APIA XXI adds capabilities that complement our existing client needs and enhance our global services and portfolio,” said Berger Group Holdings CEO Nicholas Masucci about the company’s third acquisition during the past year. “APIA XXI has built a reputation for its highly-regarded design and technology services on complex infrastructure projects, especially with clients and industry partners in Spain and Latin America.”
With approximately 400 employees and more than 25 years of experience, APIA XXI is a multidisciplinary consulting engineering and management firm that designs global solutions within the main engineering and architectural fields: infrastructures, hydraulic works, town and city planning, environment, building, industry and energy, management and new technologies. APIA XXI has a wide network of branches established in four geographical focal points strategically distributed around the world: Spain, Latin America, North America (México and USA) and Middle East; and has developed projects in more than 25 countries.
Through this acquisition, APIA XXI will operate as a design center of excellence under the Berger Group’s international operating company, Louis Berger International.
