OH: Cincinnati Metro Names Frank Spataro Executive Director of Human Resources

Metro has appointed Frank M. Spataro as executive director of human resources/EEO officer. He reports to Terry Garcia Crews, CEO and general manager.

A human resources professional with more than 35 years of experience, Spataro most recently served as human resources director for the village of Oak Park, Ill., a suburb of Chicago. He has also held positions with the city of Cincinnati as the assistant human resources director and the State of Illinois as a personnel analyst.

Spataro is a member of Society for Human Resources Management, International Public Management Association for Human Resources and World at Work. He has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Illinois State University and a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Cincinnati.

He lives in Hyde Park, Ohio.
