Complete Coach Works has garnered attention from many professionals in the environmental studies world for creating public transit options that are also green for city air. David Danelski, environmental writer from the Press Enterprise, wrote an article titled “CLEAN BUSES: Riverside company wins clean air award,” in which he mentions the company’s most recent recognition for the Zero-Emission Propulsion System (ZEPS) Bus. The ZEPS Bus uses an advanced lithium battery and liquid cooled drive system, providing clean and noise-free transportation at an affordable price. Danelski writes “Complete Coach Works developed its own system for retrofitting transit buses with nonpolluting electric engines. Their Zero-Emission Propulsion System allows buses to go more than 120 miles between charges.”
