CDTA to Hold Event for Stand Up 4 Transportation Day

CDTA will join transportation companies across the country on Thursday, April 9th for National “Stand Up 4 Transportation” Day. A federal transportation bill needs to be passed by Congress before May 31. National “Stand Up 4 Transportation” Day will highlight the need for predictable funding and what the impacts are if transportation companies across the country do not receive those critical dollars.

CDTA will use “Stand Up 4 Transportation” day to highlight local projects that need federal funding, including the proposed Crossgates Transit Center and the addition of the Washington/Western Bus Rapid Transit Line (Purple Line).
