The 22nd annual Bike to Work Day corporate challenge winners will each receive the honor of their name placed on a Dero Bike Fixit stand. Five winners will be selected based on participation relative to company or organization size. The five stands will be placed throughout the Colorado Springs area, adjacent to local trails and parks.
The Fixit includes all the tools necessary to perform basic bike repairs and maintenance, including an air pump, phillips and flat head screwdrivers, allen wrenches, a headset wrench, a pedal wrench, box wrenches and two tire levers. The Fixit also features a QR code that connects cyclists to instructional videos that walk you through basic repairs.
This year marks the 22nd anniversary for Mountain Metro Rides Bike to Work Day. The event will be held June 24. Registration is open to individual riders as well as those planning to ride on behalf of their organization.
