Transdev Promotes Anita Skotnicki to Executive Vice President
Transdev North America proudly announces that Anita Skotnicki has been promoted from senior vice president to executive vice president of Human Resources managing an organization of 17,000 employees.
Skotnicki has held progressively senior positions in human resource management for nearly three decades. In her new role, she will continue to oversee all human resource functions, including talent acquisition, talent development, employee relations, compensation, healthcare and retirement plans, with a continuous focus on efficiency and process improvement. She is celebrating 10 years with Transdev, having started in in 2006. In her early tenure she instituted multiple new programs to improve HR and business processes, controls and consistency among locations. She also successfully managed the integration, automation and consolidation of multiple healthcare and retirement plans, implemented robust recruiting and training programs, and directs a variety of team-building and coaching activities.
She collaborates with Transdev’s global Human Resources team on numerous initiatives, working closely with the Paris-based headquarters team and representatives from 19 countries. She and her team have piloted many of the company’s new and evolving systems and programs.

Anita’s experience includes human capital consulting at PriceWaterhouse Coopers and senior roles in Human Resources at Unilever and Experian. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics, is a Certified Compensation Professional, and is graduate of Transdev’s Global Executive Development program.
