Cincinnati Metro is making it even “EZ-er” for riders to plan their trip with the launch of the new Cincy EZAlerts service.
Cincy EZAlerts, a web-based system, will alert riders via text message or email when their specific bus is on detour or experiences a service disruption.
The new feature is free and will help ease the frustration and uncertainty customers experience when their wait time increases with no readily available information. It’s just one of the many ways Metro is working to make it easier and more convenient to ride.
