The MetroLines posters will be installed on MetroBus vehicles and MetroLink trains later in September. They will also be showcased at the MetroLines Poetry Reading and Reception on Thursday, September 21, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Regional Arts Commission, located at 6128 Delmar Boulevard.
Poetry and art lovers will be able to meet the poets, hear the winning poems and also hear from the reception’s featured reader, poet Dana Levin. Levin is the author of four poetry books, and her work has appeared in several anthologies and publications, including Best American Poetry 2015, The New York Times, Los Angeles Review of Books, Boston Review, The American Poetry Review, Poetry, and The Paris Review.
