The Greater Richmond Transit Company has announced it will continue to prepare for and implement major technology upgrades, retiring old Go Cards and Change Cards in late 2017. Customers with remaining value on these cards may trade in for passes of equivalent value at the Temporary Transfer Plaza during the following Customer Service hours from 7 AM – 9 AM and 3 PM – 6 PM on:
- Wednesday, January 3
- Thursday, January 4
- Friday, January 5
- Monday, January 8
- Wednesday, January 10
- Friday, January 12
Trade-ins will be conducted from GRTC’s white mobile command unit vehicle parked at the Temporary Transfer Plaza. Go Cards and Change Cards will be inspected for validity.
Customers may also continue to trade in through January 12, 2018 at RideFinders (1013 E. Main St., Richmond, Virginia 23219) during normal business hours, Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
