For a self-confessed gearhead and former mechanic, it doesn’t get any better than a phenomenal, fully-packed NASCAR VIP Weekend for Two, which Prevost extended to Tim McCullagh, director of-operations for Kincaid Coach, Lawrence, Kansas. McCullagh was the very lucky winner of the drawing for this special package during the recent Ride and Drive 2018 event in Hagerstown, Maryland.
As the Official Luxury Motorcoach of NASCAR, Prevost coaches are instantly recognizable fixtures at every stop on the circuit. Prevost continues its partnership with NASCAR, building on the close relationship with the nation’s leading spectator sport that has spanned nearly 30 years. In addition to the many Prevost operators who bring thousands of NASCAR fans to the raceways, Prevost coaches serve as luxurious homes-away-from homes for drivers and families, as well as work stations for team owners and NASCAR officials, manufacturers and sponsors.
“Our association with NASCAR only increases our visibility from an influential and vibrant cross-section of American business,” said Prevost Vice President and General Manager, Francois Tremblay. “Prevost motorcoaches continue to play key roles in the transportation and staging of high-quality NASCAR events across the country.”
Prevost believes it is only fitting that its customers have an opportunity to reap a few benefits and enjoy the perks of its NASCAR connection.
Prevost and NASCAR said congratulations to McCullagh. Here is all that his NASCAR VIP Weekend for Two will entail:
McCullagh will spend his NASCAR VIP Weekend with HOT passes at a race of his choice that also includes a one-night hotel accommodation near the raceway; access to active areas of the race including the infield garages and pits, and possibly a ride in a pace car during morning practice. They will have a meet and greet with NASCAR drivers and team owners, receive a personalized tour of the garage and view the cars as they go through pre-race inspection.
They will attend the pre-race driver/owner meeting and have an on-field pass for driver introductions. In addition, the experience will include visiting the garage area as drivers line up for the race and viewing the start of the race from the hubbub of Pit Row. The package also affords access to the NASCAR suite and hospitality areas — and just maybe Tim will catch a photo op with the winning driver in Victory Lane.
“I was very surprised and excited to be picked as the winner for the Nascar weekend!” saif McCullagh. “I’m still trying to decide which venue to pick but many of my friends (and several new friends from the Ride and Drive) have volunteered to come with me. I look forward to meeting up with the great hosts from Prevost wherever I end up!”
