The distinction underscores the years of effort and promotion across Canada and the United States that enabled the Quebec manufacturer of upscale commercial coaches to carve out an enviable place in the North American market.
Prevost’s market share has grown considerably in the United States over the last year, in part due to its strategy of fostering the commuter market in California. Wi-Fi-equipped Prevost coaches make it possible for riders from California’s tech companies to work as they commute. Customer service is also part of this success: in 2017, 4 more service centers opened their doors, for a total of 14 service centers strategically located across North America. Prevost’s dedication to improving its vehicles and maintaining the highest brand standards was a deciding factor in the jury’s decision.
