Want a lift to the Happiest Place on Earth? Not only will RTA take you there on our CommuterLink Express Route 200, we’ll also give you free tickets to the park.
Through December 16, anyone who rides any RTA bus (excluding Dial-A-Ride) and tells us about their experience at RiversideTransit.com automatically qualifies for a chance to win tickets to Disneyland and 30-Day bus passes good on all bus routes, including CommuterLink express routes. The top winner gets four Disneyland tickets and four 30-Day bus passes. Another lucky contestant will get two Disneyland tickets and two 30-Day bus passes. The winners will be announced December 17.
“This is a great incentive for people to try public transit,” said Chairman Art Welch. “Whether it’s a trip to school, to work, or to Disneyland, RTA is working hard to satisfy our long-time customers and encourage other people to give us a try — even if it’s just once.”
The promotion is part of RTA’s enhanced service to Disneyland that has resulted in expanded trips to the park aboard Route 200, which operates seven days a week, connecting San Bernardino and Riverside with Orange and Anaheim with a final stop at Disneyland. Last month, RTA added an additional afternoon Route 200 trip from the park to keep up with the demand from customers, many of whom are headed to the park either as visitors or employees.
Of course, customers don’t need to ride the Route 200 to enter the contest. Any of our fixed-route and express buses qualify. The contest is open to anyone at least 18 years old, and there’s a limit of one entry per person during the entire promotion.
