NY: Systra Appoints Patrick Harrison, P.E., as Vice President, Sector Manager, Systems
Systra has named Patrick Harrison, P.E., vice president, sector manager, systems. He will lead Systra’s signal, communications and systems integration engineering practice and be based in the company's New York City headquarters.
Patrick Harrison is a registered professional engineer with more than 36 years of experience managing complex engineering, design and construction projects. He has expertise in the start-up and commissioning of major facilities for transit, government and utility clients.
Harrison’s engineering experience with transit agencies in the New York metropolitan region is extensive. Most recently he served as senior program manager for the MTA’s East Side Access project, reporting directly to the MTA project executive. In that role, Harrison was responsible for the engineering, construction, start-up and commissioning of all railroad and facility systems for the project.
