Justin Ashford Joins Advisory Service Sector at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff
Justin Ashford has been appointed a principal consultant in the advisory services practice at WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.
In his new position, Ashford provides investor advisory and project analytic services to clients, helping them determine the basis for future capital investments in infrastructure projects. He has over 17 years of international advisory, analytical and management experience, with extensive quantitative modelling and investment analysis expertise gained in a broad range of industries, including such sectors as power and utilities, transportation, asset management, pharmaceutical and life sciences, and industrial, as well federal and state government infrastructure programs.
Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, Ashford spent six years with PwC, most recently as a director in the deals team in New York focusing on the power and utilities sector. This was after transferring from Australia where he served in the capital projects and infrastructure group, working with the project finance and enterprise risk teams. His roles ranged from lead advisor for a global company on optimization initiatives for an international infrastructure investment, to senior project manager for a several major infrastructure projects.
Ashford received an M.B.A. in finance and strategy from the Melbourne Business School in Australia and a bachelor of engineering in civil engineering from Monash University in Melbourne.
