Skanska Promotes Rosales and Corotis, Hires Pesavento as Project Executive
Skanska has announced two high level promotions in support of its building construction business in California. Additionally, spurred by growth in its business, the firm has also added a new project executive.
Raul Rosales has been promoted to senior vice president/account manager and will now be based in Los Angeles. Rosales has more than 30 years of industry experience, the last 10 of which have been with Skanska. Over the course of his career, he has worked to deliver projects that support positive outcomes for a variety of customers and the communities they serve up and down the west coast. He is well-versed in a variety of delivery methods, including integrated project delivery.
Lindsay Corotis has been promoted to vice president/account manager and will continue to be based in Skanska’s Oakland office. Named to this year’s San Francisco Business Times “40 Under 40” list, Corotis will continue to support customers throughout the Bay Area with her 15 years of industry knowledge. Her dedication to her clients’ goals and to helping develop Skanska’s internal team has made Corotis a leading force in the Oakland office’s growth since she joined in 2014.
Additionally, Skanska has hired Todd Pesavento as a project executive, based in Oakland. Pesavento has more than 30 years of industry experience, primarily in the west. His extensive experience across industry sectors and familiarity with leading edge tools helps him collaborate with designers and customers to deliver project solutions that support all stakeholder outcomes.
“Our business in California has grown by leaps and bounds in the past 18 months, primarily through the amazing work of folks like Lindsay and Raul,” said Skanska USA Building Chief Operating Officer Len Vetrone. “By expanding their abilities to lead and also by bolstering our staff with someone like Todd, we continue to grow a talented staff that offers a unique approach to construction services, providing customers with exceptional results.”
