John R. Wingo Appointed to TMA Board of Directors
The TMA Group (Transportation Management Association) has welcomed John R. Wingo, member attorney with the Business Litigation Service Group at Stites & Harbison, PLLC.

In his role with Stites & Harbison PLLC, Wingo provides advice and representation to regional and national clients regarding their business transactions and handles commercial litigation defense work throughout Tennessee in both State and Federal Courts. He has more than 16 years of litigation and trial experience, including complex litigation involving financial institutions, insurance companies and manufacturers. Wingo has deep experience in business torts, contract disputes and commercial finance matters as well as personal injury, insurance coverage disputes and product liability claims. His community involvement includes: Cumberland Region Tomorrow (Board Member), Nashville Downtown Partnership (Board Member), Tennessee Business Roundtable (Board Member) and Leadership Franklin (Class of 2017-18). Wingo graduated from Tulane University Law School – J.D. with Honors, as well as Tulane University with a B.A.
