Jay Mezher, a licensed architect with more than 20 years of experience, has joined Mott MacDonald as digital delivery leader for the North American region.
Based in Seattle, Mezher will participate in digital delivery strategic planning and will expand Mott MacDonald’s project delivery capabilities through the implementation of new and emerging tools and progressive workflows.

With more than 17 years at a major engineering firm, Jay Mezher has participated in projects including California High-Speed Rail, the Amtrak B&P Tunnel in Baltimore, East Side Access, the Second Avenue Subway, LaGuardia International Airport, the Eurasia Tunnel in Istanbul, and many others.
Mezher has published articles and given presentations on BIM and virtual design, and has taught at the Autodesk University conference and at George Mason University. He was honored for the innovative use of BIM and design software at the 2013 New Civil Engineer International Tunneling Awards, and has won awards for his work on the Alaskan Way Viaduct Replacement project.
