L.B. Foster Company has promoted several people in its global rail business to serve as vice presidents, among other roles.
Greg Lippard has been appointed as the vice president of rail. In addition to retaining Rail Distribution, Allegheny Rail Products (ARP) and Transit Products P&L responsibilities and all North American sales responsibilities, Lippard will also add P&L responsibilities for the company’s global Friction Management business and R&D and engineering activities.
Peter Jones, the current managing director of Europe, has been promoted to vice president of global technology and managing director of Europe.
Steve Fletcher has been promoted from director of global friction management to the vice president of global friction management.
Jason Bowlin has been promoted to vice president of rail products where he will manage the Rail Distribution, ARP and Transit Products businesses.
Patrick Tully has been promoted to senior director of rail sales and will be responsible for all North American sales and customer service functions.
Sid Shue, currently director of rail, will assume operations responsibility for the company’s Pueblo, Colo., plant and ARP production at the Niles, Ohio, facility. He will also have P&L and operational responsibility for Track Components manufacturing in St. Jean, Quebec, Canada.
Craig Davis, general manager of rail distribution, will assume operational responsibility for the Columbia City, Ind., yard and welded train fleet.
Sarah McBrayer has been promoted to assistant general manager of transit products.
Jen Rohr has been promoted to director of technical sales.
Rich Burnside, director of supply chain, will assume indirect purchasing for L.B. Foster in addition to his rail supply duties. He will retain operational responsibilities of the company’s salient systems operation in Dublin, Ohio, and friction management products manufacturing in Niles.
