Transdev North America has promoted DeeDee Hanc to chief human resources officer where she’ll be a member of the North American Executive Committee and report to CEO Yann Leriche.
Hanc was most recently Transdev’s vice president of human resources. She joined Transdev in 2007, and over her 12 years with the company she has held a series of leadership roles in human resources. She has in-depth knowledge of all aspects of HR, including compensation and benefits, employee performance, training and development, diversity and inclusion, coaching, succession planning and recruiting. Transdev says one of her many key successes comes from the management of the healthcare and retirement spend and her collaboration with the business development and operations teams to prepare projected costs for competitive bids and labor agreements.
She has a strong track-record of working closely as a key partner and collaborator with Transdev’s operations, business development and corporate support teams, to continuously work to build a culture where people can learn, develop and receive appropriate recognition. She embodies the core values of Transdev including high standards, genuine care for people, strong team-building skills and a focus on innovation.
“DeeDee has built a reputation as a capable and talented leader, and has earned the respect of our locations, support departments and clients as a strategic thinker and a strong collaborator,” Leriche said. “She embodies our core values and the behaviors we want to celebrate in our culture. I look forward to her leveraging her experience to help us move forward on our priorities and to further increase the value human resources brings to our organization.”
