Icomera has added three people to its team in North America, with Alan Martin assuming the role of vice president of finance, Greg Hawley assuming the role of project manager and Mark Schaff assuming the role of senior sales engineer.
Martin joins Icomera with more than 20 years of accounting, finance and operations experience. He has spent over half of his career working in the transportation industry, most recently serving as finance operations manager for Conduent Transport Solutions. Hawley is a project manager with extensive experience in deploying large-scale telecom and data networks in the transportation, public safety and non-profit sectors. He entered the industry as a trainee network engineer at New York’s Grand Central Station, deploying his early designs. He has managed complex projects at more than 10,000 sites globally, working for national and global enterprises, including Fortune 500 companies. Schaff comes to Icomera as a senior sales engineer with 20 years of experience in the wireless and transportation industries. He specializes in working with clients to supply on-board networks encompassing RF technology (Wi-Fi, cellular), third-party hardware and CCTV systems with the goal to promote a smarter and safer passenger experience. “The growing team we are putting in place pairs a wealth of local market knowledge with strong technological expertise,” said Magnus Friberg, Icomera’s SVP for the Americas. “I’d like to take this opportunity to welcome Alan, Greg and Mark to Icomera.
