Ecolane named Spiro Gjorgjievski as president and managing director. Gjorgjievski has more than 20 years of experience serving in leadership roles for multinational companies across a broad range of industries including transportation, energy, oil and gas, transaction processing, payments and financial services.
In his previous role with Crane Co., Gjorgjievski served as executive vice president and general manager for the fast-growing payment solutions division. Working with public sector transit agencies to help shape their revenue and fare collection strategies, he was responsible for increasing development efforts and expansion into high-growth markets, both domestically and internationally. Gjorgjievski will draw on these experiences in working with clients to grow their business and enhance the transit industry.
Originally from Macedonia, he moved to Canada and graduated from York University Schulich School of Business in Business Administration.
