Ecolane has hired Keith Robbins as its new vice president of sales, effective Jan. 3, 2022.
Robbins has extensive sales and leadership experience spanning 25 years. Based in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, he was instrumental in building consistency in sales performance and forecasting accuracy during his eight years at the Trapeze Group.
In addition to his leadership experience, Robbins is passionate about helping agencies improve the environment by reducing their carbon footprint as well as finding ways for them to increase their ridership and provide a better transit experience.
“Keith brings incredible insight and knowledge of the transportation technology business and has experience successfully building high-performing sales teams,” said Spiro Gjorgjievski, president, Ecolane. “With double-digit growth, Ecolane continues to make a notable impact and Keith will help provide inspired leadership to the business development team.”
Robbins will drive Ecolane’s commercial performance. He will lead, coach and motivate associates to drive new business, tap into new segments, deepen customer relationships and strengthen partnerships with key stakeholders. Robbins will also oversee the evolution of Ecolane’s sales organization from selling perpetual license to SaaS, and becoming a more integrated, collaborative team across various brands working together to win in the marketplace.
