Ineo Systrans expands in United States with opening of new headquarters in Atlanta
Ineo Systrans has taken a key step forward in its establishment in the United States with the opening of a new office in Atlanta.
The EQUANS subsidiary wishes to support its customers locally and welcome its growing teams.
Already installed on more than 50,000 buses, light-rail vehicles and trains in 250 public transit agencies worldwide, the NAVINEO CAD/AVL system harnesses digital technology to improve passenger information quality and operational efficiency. Based on real-time data analysis, the system coordinates and optimizes public transit operators’ system according to passenger frequency, other modes of transports’ timetables or in the event of a traffic disruption. NAVINEO also includes features such as real-time charge monitoring on electric buses and eco-driving assistance to support green mobility.
The new office opening comes at a time with the passing of the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law and the Build Back Better Act. After Rogue Valley Transportation District (RVTD) in 2020 and Memphis Area Transit Authority (MATA) the following year, Ineo Systrans and its NAVINEO solutions now serve eight clients in the United States.
The Atlanta headquarters were opened to support and strengthen this dynamic. With a size of 4,800-square feet, the site will welcome the growing teams in the coming years and will offer a live test and demo platform for customers.
"A booming hub of high-tech companies and located near a central airport, Atlanta will be the ideal setting for Ineo Systrans, an ambitious firm determined to embody the future of collective transports’ technological and ecological transition in the United States and worldwide. Whether it be electrical buses or other virtuous transports, NAVINEO offers turnkey intelligent transportation systems and services to build tomorrow’s transit for better lives in smarter cities," said Baudouin Huon, CEO, Ineo Systrans.
