CityLink has named Paige Herron as its new director of human resources (HR). Herron joins CityLink with more than eight years of experience in the field, with a focus on the healthcare and senior living industries. Herron has a bachelor's degree in industrial/organizational psychology, with an emphasis on HR from Purdue University Global.
In Herron’s role as HR director at CityLink, she manages the overall operations of the HR Department, which includes Benefit Administration, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Legal Compliance. CityLink currently employs a workforce of approximately 175 full-time and part-time employees, consisting of operations, maintenance, administration, customer service and security.
