Jacobs to partner with Houston Metro as owner's advisor for Joint Development and Transit Oriented Development program
Jacobs has been selected as owner's advisor for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County's (Houston Metro) Joint Development and Transit Oriented Development program in Houston, Texas. Houston Metro selected Jacobs as part of a county-wide initiative to leverage its regional transit properties with private investment to increase ridership, enhance the transit experience and improve connectivity for Houston's 2.3 million residents.
Jacobs will provide comprehensive consulting for planning and real estate management services to meet Houston Metro's mobility and development needs. Houston Metro is currently developing a Joint Development framework to move forward with significant development opportunities at multiple Harris County Houston Metro properties.
