This pocket-sized Lenticular card teaches workers how to read switchpoints and avoid confusion about switch alignment.

This pocket-sized Lenticular card teaches workers how to read switchpoints and avoid confusion about switch alignment. Switch lining errors not only send a train down the wrong track but can also damage switch gearing or even cause a derailment. The card front shows the switchpoint positions for the Facing Point views. Trailing Point views are on the back. A lenticular lens holds a double image: The position of the points when lined for the main track and the position for the side track. Tilt the card up or down and the view changes. An arrow shows where the train will go.
