Saudi Arabia: Parsons Joint Venture Wins Program Management Contracts for Riyadh Metro

Parsons announced that a Parsons-led joint venture (JV) was recently awarded two of three program management consultancy (PMC) contracts by ArRiyadh Development Authority (ADA) for the greenfield Riyadh Metro project.

Parsons announced that a Parsons-led joint venture was recently awarded two of three program management consultancy (PMC) contracts by ArRiyadh Development Authority (ADA) for the greenfield Riyadh Metro project.

Riyadh Metro Transit Consultants, a joint venture between Parsons, Egis, and Systra, will manage packages 1 and 2 of the new Riyadh Metro system. Scheduled for completion in 60 months, the system will comprise six lines and 131 stations with a total length of 106 miles.

“This is the largest design-build metro program initiated at one time, and we look forward to contributing to its successful delivery. The world-class public transport system will enhance the lives of the people in Riyadh over the next 5 years,” said Guy Mehula, Parsons MENA+ president.
