LTK Engineering Services is pleased to announce the following appointments of senior staff:
Kevin Manuele has been appointed Portland, Ore., office manager. Kevin has 36 years of experience in the transit industry, having started his career in the 1970’s as a technical representative with the ABEX Corp. Kevin has been with LTK since 1977, apart from a three-year term with Dallas Area Rapid Transit in the mid-1980’s, during which he served as Project Manager for DART’s first procurement of light rail vehicles. A specialist in rail vehicle engineering, systems integration, and traction power design and analysis, Kevin has held senior positions with LTK on light rail projects in Los Angeles, Phoenix, Pittsburgh, Portland, Sacramento, San Diego and San Francisco, as well as streetcar projects in Portland, Tucson and Sacramento.
Natalie Cornell has joined LTK as senior consultant in the firm’s Ambler, Penn., headquarters office. Natalie comes to LTK with more than 20 years of transit experience, most recently with LECIP Inc., a supplier of fare collection systems and LED lighting and passenger information signs for trains. She previously worked with Accenture in their transportation practice. A long-time, active member of WTS, where she has been a chapter president, and an international board Member and committee chair, she also currently serves as vice-chair of APTA’s Business Members Procurement Committee and Secretary of APTA’s Rolling Stock Technical Forum
