With 16 years at Systra, Bonsignore previously served as the firm’s infrastructure sector manager. He has worked with public transit authorities such as Long Island Rail Road, Metro North Railroad, NJ Transit, and the Port Authority of NY&NJ.
“Joe’s strong track record of successful project execution for agencies throughout the transit industry and continued commitment to Systra are unmatched,” said William Crosbie, president and CEO of Systra and regional director of Systra North America. “Joe’s leadership and expertise will ensure that we continue to provide innovative engineering and planning solutions which meet or exceed client expectations.”
Subsequently, Joel Minch, PE has been appointed as Systra’s new infrastructure sector manager and will take charge of overseeing the sector’s growth and profitability, as well as provide project management oversight for design and engineering projects.
These new appointments come amid Systra’s recent reorganization of its North American operations and leadership structure. Aimed at increasing responsiveness and enhanced project delivery, this new structure focuses on regional leadership in alignment with our clients’ developing needs, and positions Systra for success and continued growth.
“With these changes, our team is stronger than ever,” said Crosbie. “By taking a regional approach to business development and project management, this restructuring gives clients even more access to our industry expertise.”
