Rik Lor will manage the delivery of rail projects as a senior engineering manager in the transit & rail technical excellence center of WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff.
Lor, who is based in the firm’s San Francisco office, has considerable experience in public transportation project delivery, including oversight of budget, procurement, contracts, design, and construction as well as coordination with local and federal governmental agencies.
Prior to joining WSP | Parsons Brinckerhoff, he was a deputy project manager at the Regional Transportation District in Denver, responsible for managing the agency’s Eagle P3 project and North Metro Rail project.
Lor received an M.S. in civil engineering from the University of Illinois-Chicago and a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. He is a licensed professional engineer in Colorado and a member of the American Railway Engineering and Maintenance-of-Way Association.
