J.O. was recently awarded a contract with Fort Worth Transportation Authority (FWTA) to provide support for ongoing and future marketing and advertising efforts. J.O. will conduct strategic marketing, digital advertising, mobile application development and a rebranding initiative to support the Transit Master Plan, while J.O.’s Dallas-based subcontractor, Consumer & Market Insights (CMI), will lead extensive market research efforts.

“We are incredibly honored to work with FWTA as the new agency of record,” said Jennifer Henderson, president of J.O. “FWTA provides our city and its growing population with an essential service. We are excited to help tell their story.”

J.O. recently created and executed a successful marketing and advertising campaign for FWTA to promote expanded service routes on the north quadrant of Fort Worth.

In future campaigns, J.O. will educate existing and potential riders about FWTA services, including fixed route bus service, express bus routes and special services. The campaigns will also promote future ridership on TEXRail, a  27-mile commuter rail line that will extend from downtown Fort Worth, across northeast Tarrant County, through North Richland Hills and Grapevine, and into Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport’s Terminal B. TEXRail is slated to begin service in late 2018.
