Wheeling & Lake Erie Railway Company has selected Herzog Technologies Inc. to provide Positive Train Control Hosting services.
Herzog PTC Hosting allows railroads nationwide to simplify and accelerate their PTC implementation utilizing both Herzog’s PTC expertise and existing PTC data center infrastructure. With this partnership, Herzog will assist Wheeling & Lake Erie in meeting the mandated PTC deadline and be interoperable with Wheeling& Lake Erie’s Host Railroads.
“Wheeling & Lake Erie is an historic railroad with many of the same values as Herzog,” said Travis Rollings, director of office systems. “We are excited to move forward with them as hosting partners.”
Herzog has begun the process of integrating with Wheeling & Lake Erie.
