Designed to address computing-at-the edge in a range of mission critical and remote applications, Elma’s ComSys-536x mission computing systems are the latest addition to the company’s existing line of rugged, COTS-based scalable solutions. The modular systems allow a choice of three computational levels, plus custom I/O configurations targeted for a specific application. The small, sturdy, lightweight aluminum chassis provides fanless, passive conduction cooling with maximum shelter from the elements, including high levels of water and particle ingress protection.
