A suspect is under arrest after being accused of stealing a DDOT transit police vehicle.
The suspect jumped into and attempted to drive off in the vehicle when the officer was a few steps away investigating a disabled DDOT bus.
The suspect made it about 100 feet before crashing into a fence.
